Harassment Claims are Making Women Look Like Victims - And I am #notavictim
WOMEN ARE NOT HELPLESS VICTIMS! What’s going on right now with harassment claims is making women look very, very bad. Personally, I would like to start the trend #notavictim ~ to show that not all of us are jumping on the “me too” bandwagon. This sounds like common sense, but it should be illegal to bring destruction down upon the accused until PROOF is brought forth! People’s personal lives and careers are being annihilated due to the accusations of hysterical women. Let’s not forget that women have a CHOICE when put in certain situations. Claims should NOT be taken seriously if: You were being verbally harassed, but chose to stick around and listen to it You were sexually harassed and did not report it to the police or the offender’s higher-up You chose not to report the incident because it might negatively impact your own career Someone complimented you, and you are now claiming harassment Someone made a sexual joke, and you're now claiming harassment Yo
